GET IT DONE: IN 25 MINUTES A DAY!

Weekly Coach Check-In: November 19th, 2013
Hey TeamInternallyFit,

Are you ready?  We are just over a week away from Thanksgiving, the biggest “eating season” of them all!!  Also, P90X 3 is less than a month away from its release date and T25 continues to be one of Beachbody’s most popular workouts ever.  If you’ve turned on the T.V. lately then hopefully you’ve noticed the new T25 commercial that is spreading the word to millions about this incredible workout program.

These shorter, 30 minute workouts like T25 and P90X 3 have really opened up the doors for people that would otherwise be unwilling to attempt a longer program like P90X.  According to the media, 2014 is going to be the year for the shorter, more intense HIIT workouts, so these two workouts will definitely lead the way.   That’s exciting news because it means more people will be getting off the couch and getting in great shape.  I myself prefer the longer 45 to 60 minute workouts, but don’t be fooled, what T25 and P90X 3 lack in time they more than make up for with intensity.  These are not easy workouts.

Don’t forget, this November Beachbody has something for you to be thankful for – a brand new promotion that helps you and helps others. It’s a two part, feel-good holiday promotion so read carefully.

First, “Give”: For every Shakeology HD order Beachbody will donate $10 to Feed America and a $20 donation for every Challenge Pack sold! There is no limit to the amount Beachbody will donate and we’ve promised a minimum of $250,000 with a goal of $1,000,000

Second, “Receive”: New & Existing Customers and New Coaches will receive a $20 coupon to apply to a future purchase when they buy ANY Challenge Pack in the month of November.

Happy Thanksgiving!

New on TeamInternallyFit.com this week:

1.) The After Burn Effect – Is it possible to burn calories long after your workout is over?  Yes and it’s called the after burn effect.  Find out more about it and how you can use it to get maximum results even when you’re not working out.

2.) The Fountain of Youth – Although many have searched for the fountain of youth, all have come up empty.  The reality is the key to youthfulness and vitality is in your kitchen.  Read to find out what foods you should be eating to help you feel younger and have more energy.

3.) Counting Calories – If you’re burning more calories than you’re putting in then you will lose weight, it’s that simple.  However, to know how many calories you need to burn off you need to know how many you’ve consumed, that’s why keeping track of your daily calorie intake is so important for those who are looking to lose weight.

4.) Motivation Monday – Monday’s the worst day of the week for most, but it doesn’t have to be that way.  Find inspiration and motivation right here at teaminternallyfit.com

WEEKLY HEALTH TIP: Oats are nutritional powerhouses.  Oats help lower high cholesterol, prevent diabetes and balance blood sugar.  They provide cancer fighting antioxidants and anti inflammation properties.  Oats contain more soluble fiber than any other grain.  This fiber creates a gel that allows your stomach to feel full longer.

KEEP DOING YOUR BEST AND INSPIRING OTHERS TO DO THE SAME!!

And 2 favors that I ask:
1) If you like the hard work I put into writing my articles and videos, PLEASE help me out by sharing them. Click the share links below them and share them on FB, twitter, etc.  It really helps me get more exposure and grow TeamInternallyFit!
2) Also, remember that the way I benefit from being your coach is that I earn a commission from any Beachbody products that you purchase, as long as you buy them through my site, www.teaminternallyfit.com, (If you buy from the plain Beachbody site I get no credit). It helps with the amount of time I spend answering all your questions and helping you out. Thank you! I really appreciate it!
