Weekly Coach Check-In: November 19th, 2013
Hey TeamInternallyFit,

Are you ready?  We are just over a week away from Thanksgiving, the biggest “eating season” of them all!!  Also, P90X 3 is less than a month away from its release date and T25 continues to be one of Beachbody’s most popular workouts ever.  If you’ve turned on the T.V. lately then hopefully you’ve noticed the new T25 commercial that is spreading the word to millions about this incredible workout program.

These shorter, 30 minute workouts like T25 and P90X 3 have really opened up the doors for people that would otherwise be unwilling to attempt a longer program like P90X.  According to the media, 2014 is going to be the year for the shorter, more intense HIIT workouts, so these two workouts will definitely lead the way.   That’s exciting news because it means more people will be getting off the couch and getting in great shape.  I myself prefer the longer 45 to 60 minute workouts, but don’t be fooled, what T25 and P90X 3 lack in time they more than make up for with intensity.  These are not easy workouts.
