It’s no secret that I’ve made Shakeology a part of my daily routine for over the past 3 years, and honestly I wish I could drink it 3 times a day!!!  When I drink shakeology, I know I’m not only drinking a low calorie meal but that I’m getting my daily dose of fruits/veggies and dense nutrition.  It’s healthy, continent and keeps me feeling incredible.
