Weekly Coach Check-In: January 7th, 2014

Hey TeamInternallyFit,

Yesterday was the first Monday of 2014 and many people starting working towards their New Year Resolutions.  What about you?  Did you set your health and fitness goals for 2014?  If you did, how are you going to reach those goals?  Don’t be another statistic, somebody that has good intensions in January but by March their back to their old ways.  Have a laser focus, set your goals and then map out a plan to get it done.
