Weekly Coach Check-In: February 11th, 2014

Hey TeamInternallyFit,

Big week ahead Friday is Valentine’s Day.  Do you have a special someone that you will be buying for, maybe flowers, candy or a nice night on the town?  I’m thanking for my wife of 15 years and 2 beautiful daughters that I will be celebrating with.  Valentine’s Day is a day for love, make sure you take the time and let the ones around you know that you love and care for them.

This is also a big week for Autumn Calabrese and her new program the 21 Day Fix.  Not only has it sold well . . . it has SOLD OUT!!  That’s right; if you ordered the 21 Day Fix then you purchased the hottest workout program ever at Beachbody.  To put it in perspective, the 21 Day Fix sold 50% more copies at launch than P90X 3.  It also sold more than Shaun T’s Focus 25 on launch day, very impressive.

So, if you ordered the 21 Day Fix or are planning on ordering it, just keep in mind that it might be a week or two before they will ship again.  Be patient and keep eating clean while you’re waiting.  Oh, by the way I got mine on Saturday, LOL.  I’ve previewed some of the workouts this week end and I have to say that I’m very excited about the lives this workout is going to change.   They offered intensity, variety and new moves that I had not yet seen in any other BB workout.

New on this week:
