Weekly Coach Check-In: February 18th, 2014

Hey TeamInternallyFit,

Whew!! Thank goodness Valentine’s Day is over!!!  Now it’s smooth sailing until maybe St. Patrick’s Day or hopefully Easter.  I hope you came away from Valentine’s Day unscathed and hitting all your nutrition macros.  Remember, one cheat meal could set you back at least 2 workouts.  Be smart and live healthy.

The BIG news this month has been the success of Beachbody’s newest workout program, The 21 Day Fix.  The demand was so great that Beachbody sold more than they had in stock and continue to sell past there means, although that should change relatively soon I’m told.  Beachbody is hard at work getting additional copies for those that have already ordered.
