Does 10 Minute Trainer Work?

10 minutes?  Are you kidding?  How can you get a sufficient workout in just 10 minutes?  It doesn’t make sense to put your money and your effort into something that won’t produce any results, right?  There are countless home workout systems currently being offered online, from intense training programs (P90X, P90X 2 and Insanity) to those that offer to help you lose weight quicker than ever, it can be difficult to recognize the difference between quality and hype.  My wife is currently using 10 Minute Trainer and after previewing all the videos and watching her workout, I can assure you, its an intense 10 minutes.

It Works, and Works on YOUR Time

One of the most frequent excuses I hear concerning not being able to work out is that, “I DON”T HAVE TIME”.  People seem to be busier now than ever, though the length of any given day has not changed over the years.  The difference now is we prioritize differently.  How you spend your time is a reflection of what matters to you, and it’s only when you make your health and fitness a priority that you will begin to see the fruits of your fitness effort.  10 Minute Trainer seeks to make this easier, however, by providing a simpler way of fitting daily workouts in.  This is done by giving you the control over how long you workout.  The system is built on 10-minute workouts, which can be “stacked” together depending on your available time.  A ten minute workout can turn into a 20 minute or even a thirty minute workout very easily.

What Is “Super Stacking?”

The “Super Stacking” technique is what makes 10 Minute Trainer work. This is the formula for success with this program. It refers to both stacking the workouts and stacking the effects. In each 10-minute workout, you manage to work your entire body.  This is because you are working more than one muscle group at a time.  By doubling up your efforts, you are able to work more efficiently and quicker. You don’t have to exercise for hours in order to reach your fitness goals. With Tony Horton and his Super Stacking technique, you can get it in on your schedule.

Making Time for 10 Minute Trainer

Okay, if you can’t make time for this workout system, then getting in shape isn’t very high on your list of priorities. Getting up 30 minutes earlier than usual would allow you to get in a complete workout of three different 10 minute sessions. So, now what’s your excuse?

The one thing that I want to make sure that you remember is that your workout, whether its 10 minutes or and 1 hour is only 20 to 30 % of your weight loss.  Don’t forget, “abs are made in the kitchen”, so if you decide to try 10 Minute Trainer, make sure you follow the nutrition plan for maximum results.
