“…Joining A Challenge Group Is The Most Effective Way To Get THE BEST Results Possible!”

What Is A Beachbody Challenge Group?

I’m looking to get you and 4 to 9 other people into a closed Facebook group, supporting and encouraging each other, using the same workout (P90X, P90X2, Insanity or any other Beachbody workout of your choosing) and all while having my support as well.  The only “rules” are that you have the same workout as your groups.  For example, If you’re wanting to be in a challenge group using P90X2, you will need to have P90X2 (obviously), and that you commit to plugging in with the group.  If you’ll plug in with the group, the rest will take care of itself.  You will log your daily nutrition #’s, ask questions and maybe get some team challenges going (group competitions like who can do the most push-ups, pull ups or hold plank the longest, you get the picture).

The Beachbody Challenge contest is something else you should consider.  It’s a reward-based incentive to help you reach your goals and achieve success as part of a Challenge Group.  It’s a health and fitness transformation competition where each participant is eligible for $500 every day just for logging their workouts online.  And, at the end of the year, the best transformations will be eligible for over $100,000 cash!

What Makes Joining A Challenge Group So Effective?

Simply put…Its motivation and accountability! I have always been a strong believer in challenges because of the motivation they provide.  And when you have more than just yourself as a source of motivation, your level of commitment goes up as well.  More commitment = better results!  Not to mention that with these small groups of 5+ people to a group, you get mini competitions going on that make you want to push even harder.  I’ve just finished a P90X2 challenge group with 650 people!!!!  It was great but by keeping the groups smaller I am able to help you better individually.

When you have competition, encouragement, accountability and the support of 5+ other people (myself as your free coach included) then this is a no-brainer recipe for success!

Many of the challenge group members have even admitted that if it were not for the support and encouragement of their challenge group, there is no way that they could have gotten the results they have today. There really is no better way to get THE BEST results possible.


How Do I Join A Challenge Group?

 1.)  Make sure that you are a member of TeamInternallyFit and that I am your free coach.  

If you havent made me your coach yet, the just CLICK HERE to sign up. Again, this is totally free.  By making me your coach, you will have access to me to help you get your questions answered and offer any support you need.  In addition, I will be checking in with your challenge group each day.

2.) You must be using a Beachbody Fitness program.

If you already have one and would like to use it during your challenge group…awesome!  If you have one and a partner that you can workout with great.  If not then you can click the “Programs” tab up above and check out what fitness programs are available and would be a good fit for you and your goals.  If you’re still not sure just let me know and I can help you out.

3.) I highly recommend you drink Shakeology.  Shakeology is not required, but it’s highly recommended if you want to get maximum results.  Remember, 70 to 80 % of your transformation will be what you put in your body.  I have been using it for almost a year now and it has become the foundation of my nutrition. What happens Once Im In A Challenge Group?

The very first thing you are going to do is introduce yourself and post your goals for the group to see. This is important for accountability.

–You do everything at home, on your time and your schedule. No in person meetings or group workouts…

–Group interaction is all done on your own private Facebook page, so you can post along with the team each day

–For increased accountablity I have each challenge group member rate their workout intensity on a scale of 1-5, as well as their nutrition. 

–I mentioned this above but I strongly encourage some friendly competition amongst the members of the group. It could be a weight-loss challenge or even a rep challenge (who can get the most mason twists in Ab Ripper X)
