Many people that I talk to are interested in push-ups. I get requests all the time for advice on push-ups and the kind of push-ups I do, so here it is, every (almost all) of the push-ups that I could find from P90X,P90X+,P90X One on One, Insanity and the Asylum.

** Push-Ups that can be performed with push-up stands
Special Move Push-Ups: Push-Ups that require multiple body movements.

Tricep focus:

1.) Diamond

2.) Slow Motion 3-1 **

3.) Plange Push-Up

4.) Two Twitch Speed Push-Ups **

5.) 1 Arm

6.) Sphinx Push-Ups

7.) Plank to Chaturanga Iso

8.) Squat Push-Ups

9.) Tricep Pulses

10.) Lat Push-Ups (Back)

Inner Chest focus:

1.) Standard **

2.) Military **

3.) Decline (Upper)**

 4.) Level 1 Drills (4 push-ups/8 runs)

5.) Level 2 Drills (8 push-ups/8 runs)

6.) Level 3 Drills (16 push-ups/16 runs)

7.) V-Push Up (Shoulder) **

8.) Plank Walker

Outer Chest focus:

 1.) Wide Fly **

2.) Floor Fly’s (use plastic plate)

3.) Side to Side

4.) Moving Push-Ups

5.) Stability Ball (1 arm on floor/1 arm on basketball)

6.) Side to Side Ball
