Yogurt Snack

This is a recipe for a snack that I like to make often.  It uses the following ingredients.

Fage plain fat free Greek Yogurt (130 Cal., 4g fat, 8g Carbs, 8g sugar, 17g of protein)

Finely diced walnuts (100 Cal., 10g fat, 2 Carbs, .5 sugar, 2.5 protein)

2 tbsp of Agave Nectar (80 Cal., 0g fat, 16g Carbs, 16g sugar, 0 protein)

1 apple. (65 Cal., 0g fat, 17g Carbs, 13g sugar, 0 protein)

Pour in approximately 1 tbsp of walnuts and the 2 tbsps of Agave Nector.  Mix well.  Then slice the apple, I use a slicer that you place on top of apple and push down.  It divides the apple into 8 pieces and removes the core.  I like to take the apple slices and dip them in the yogurt, when the apple slices are gone, I use a spoon and enjoy. 

I sometimes will add raisins or use Dannon Plain Greek Yogurt be aware this will change the nutritional information.

Nutritional totals:

Cals: 375

Fat: 14 grams

Carbs: 43 grams

Sugar: 37.5

Protein: 19.5
